One of Tokyo best kept secret bar. Located 13th floor of GinzaSIX building, Mixology Salon showcase Japanese teas in a new way : cocktails. Or should we say : "Teatails". They classify themselves as a "Salon" as they are an intimate bar (10 seats max) in which you can enjoy tasting a combination of distinguished teas and sophisticated spirits. They craft cocktails that blend teas such as Matcha, Gyokuro and Hojicha with one main mission : to make you embrace the concepts of Japanese tradition and heritage combined with innovative and sophisticated techniques.
